Mr. Powers has an extensive background in both master planning and architecture. He assumes responsibility for the quality of services for all projects undertaken by the firm. His commitment to meeting clients' specialized needs has directed the firm's orientation towards highly personalized and quality professional services.

Mr. Powers' architectural background includes both new facilities and renovation, with the scope of projects ranging from less than $1 million to over $25 million. As a "hands-on" principal, he directs PBA's single team approach. This commitment to design quality and responsiveness to client needs are held by all team members.
