Wildwood City Hall

Wildwood, Missouri (2013)

USGBC LEED Gold Certified

The professional design team for the 26,500 square foot Wildwood City Hall represents an association of Wildwood architects (Bill Bowersox, FAIA, John Guenther, FAIA, Dennis Tacchi, AIA and Ralph Bicknese, AIA.) who formed an association known as the Wildwood Collaborative to plan and design the facility. The Wildwood Collaborative and City Hall Steering Committee led a series of public listening and planning sessions to establish the mission, program and community values sought for the new facility. The resulting design reflects the rural and urban character of the City and serves as a role model for future sustainable development.

Completed in 2013, the new municipal building is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
